I am so excited to have you here right now because if you are reading this, then that means we already have a lot in common.
I have an intense passion for nutrition and weight loss. Growing up in a toxic culture that promoted restriction & deprivation, demonized carbohydrates, and made us feel guilty for enjoying a brownie made me realize how much of a big problem sustainable weight loss really is.
This inaccurate information is the reason so many women develop unhealthy relationships with food while remaining stuck in a vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting.
I was there. I struggled with my weight for many years. I was on a low-carb, tasteless diet and exercising like crazy to see results. I was miserable and exhausted over trying to do a good thing for myself while constantly being met with disappointment month after month, year after year.
I knew if I was struggling with my weight, so many other women were as well. This is when I made the decision to study nutrition- to help myself, but to ultimately help others struggling with their weight.
After obtaining my Bachelor’s in Clinical Nutrition, Master’s in Nutritional Biology, and a license to become a Registered Dietitian, I am confident and ready as ever to help you tackle your goals!
Today, I get to teach amazing women all about flexible eating and how to enjoy foods they love while being able to achieve results. No restriction. No deprivation. Weight loss is a science that requires a realistic approach to help you remain consistent.
Flexible eating helps you lose weight but then gives you the knowledge you need to keep the weight off long-term!
